Position Overview
Rubin Lublin, LLC is seeking a bright and motivated Associate Attorney (Litigation) with 04 years of experience to join our Real Estate Litigation Department. This role provides the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with hybrid or remote flexibility once training and performance benchmarks are met.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage litigation deadlines efficiently and proactively.
- Draft, review, and revise pleadings including complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
- Prepare discovery and responses well in advance of deadlines.
- Attend and represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and mediations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal staff.
- Maintain a minimum of 155 billable hours per month (1,860 annually).
- Perform legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve department goals.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Georgia or Tennessee (licenses in Alabama and/or Mississippi are a plus).
- 04 years of litigation experience, preferably in real estate or civil litigation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong self-management, accountability, and ability to meet deadlines.
