JOB SUMMARY:
Interns will support the Contract Administration Team to forge lasting relationships and create meaningful experiences for our aircraft customers. Interns will be responsible for supporting the Customer Account Managers (CAMs) team and Textron Aviation Sales team, managing new aircraft purchase agreements, and delivering aircraft to customers.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare contracts for customer purchase of aircraft
- Create reports and closing documentation for aircraft order entry and research
- Assist the worldwide sales force with product information requests
- Communicate contract policy and practice to internal business teams.
- Ensure contract review, approval and execution in accordance with corporate and/or business unit guidelines.
- Assist with contract records and files documenting contract performance and compliance. May conduct research to support contract audit and or facilitate business unit contracting trends.
- Perform contract closeout activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:
Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other related fields
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Professional and diplomatic demeanor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong sense of accountability and integrity
- Ability to work with the internal and external customers and interdepartmental personnel.

Applicants must be authorized to work lawfully in the U.S. for Textron Aviation at the time of making application, and visa sponsorship is not available for this position, including for F-1 students and J-1 exchange visitors who will need employment sponsorship.
Summer internships are 40 hours per week typically from late-May to early-August lasting 10 weeks.
Candidates must be able to work onsite for the entirety of the internship program unless approved otherwise by the hiring manager.
