 
                                Appellate Associate – Litigation (2–4 Years)
Join a top-tier Am Law 100 firm’s Appellate and Supreme Court Litigation practice. This mid-level associate role focuses on handling all phases of appellate litigation, including briefing, research, and argument preparation.
What You’ll Do:
-  Handle appellate matters across state and federal courts, including Supreme Court work. 
-  Draft briefs, motions, and other appellate filings. 
-  Conduct in-depth legal research and develop persuasive arguments. 
-  Collaborate with senior attorneys on strategy and case management. 
What You’ll Bring:
-  2–4 years of post-clerkship litigation experience. 
-  One or more appellate/Supreme Court clerkships preferred. 
-  Experience with intellectual property, particularly patent litigation, a plus. 
-  Outstanding academic record and excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
-  Relevant bar admission or eligibility to obtain promptly.
