We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Foreclosure Attorney to manage a high-volume caseload while delivering exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will have strong legal research, writing, and communication skills, along with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a proactive professional who can handle foreclosure matters efficiently while maintaining strong client relationships.

• Manage and prioritize a high-volume foreclosure caseload from inception through resolution

• Draft, review, and file legal pleadings, motions, and related documentation

• Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal foreclosure laws and procedures

• Communicate regularly with clients regarding case updates and strategy

• Utilize client systems, email, and phone communications effectively

• Maintain accurate case records and documentation

• Provide strategic legal advice and problem-solving support

• Meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

• Active membership in good standing with the State Bar Association

• Ability to manage and prioritize a high-volume caseload

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent client service and relationship management skills

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Experience managing high-volume foreclosure caseloads

• Prior experience handling foreclosure cases and interacting with clients

• Familiarity with legal client management systems

• Strong proficiency in email and phone communication workflows
