Job Description

The Application Delivery Agent is responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple work streams and project commencements to ensure seamless service delivery. This role requires managing cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and maintaining clear and effective communication with internal stakeholders and clients. The agent will proactively identify and mitigate risks, optimize workflows, and ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of application services.


ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Service Delivery Oversight: Ensure that multiple teams and work streams are effectively managed, meeting project timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.
•    Cross-Team Coordination: Align resources, schedules, and deliverables across multiple teams to drive efficiency and avoid bottlenecks.
•    Client Communication & Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
•    Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively to minimize disruptions in service delivery.
•    Process Optimization: Continuously assess and refine delivery processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability of application services.
•    Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), generate reports, and provide insights to stakeholders for data-driven decision-making.
•    Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

EDUCATION 

•    Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
•    1-4 years of experience in managing multiple teams and work streams ensuring smooth & timely delivery of tasks and project 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients, internal teams, and senior management.
•    Ability to think critically and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
•    Experience working with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and coordination.
•    Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations.
•    Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies, tools, and processes 
•    1-4 years in a service delivery, project coordination, or application support role within IT, technology, or a related field.
•    Experience working with technical teams, including developers, testers, and infrastructure engineers.
•    Exposure to client interactions and stakeholder management, ensuring alignment between business and technical teams.
•    Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms).
•    Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary Information

NY Only: The estimated base salary range for this position is $130,000 to $150,000 at the time of posting.

The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. This role is exempt meaning it is not overtime pay eligible.
