About the Position




Be part of a team redefining how justice is delivered in our community. As a Program Coordinator with the City Attorney’s Office, you will oversee the coordination of the ETHOS Restorative Justice Program partnering with community members and organizations. This role is ideal for a strategic, relationship-driven professional who thrives at program management, community partnership, and data-informed decision-making.

Here's what you can expect to do:

  • Coordinate Restorative Justice Programs:  Oversee the ETHOS Restorative Justice Program and related initiatives, managing logistics, timelines, and program delivery from start to finish.
  • Facilitate Program Operations: Coordinate and monitor restorative justice circles and ensure benchmarks, deliverables, and participant engagement are successfully achieved.
  • Build and Maintain Partnerships: Work closely with attorneys, staff, and leadership and serve as the primary point of contact with community partners, participants, victims, and other stakeholders fostering trust-based, collaborative relationships.
  • Analyze and Report Program Data: Track case activity, measure outcomes, and develop reports to inform leadership, support transparency, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead Training and Education Efforts: Develop and deliver training for circle keepers, community members, and partners to ensure program integrity and consistency.
  • Ensure Compliance and Accountability: Monitor grant requirements, maintain documentation, and ensure all reporting and funding obligations are met.

Information Specific to this Position:

This position is based in the City Attorney’s Office at City Hall (15 W. Kellogg Blvd.) and offers a Monday-Friday schedule with flexible hybrid work options.

Position Requirements

Eight years of vacancy-related professional experience performing program coordination or program administration work involving analytical, coordination, or project-based work in support of program initiatives.

Degree in Criminal Justice, Sociology, Social Work, Organizational Leadership, Psychology or a relevant field may be substituted for work experience as follows:

Associate Degree - 2 years
Bachelor’s Degree - 4 years
Master’s or other Graduate-level degree - an additional 2 years

Vacancy related experience includes program coordination or project management work related to restorative practices, outreach, conflict resolution, training in group facilitation or other closely related experience.
