Senior Foreclosure Attorney (Hawaii Licensed) – Hybrid Opportunity!

Overview:

Our client, a national leader in real estate and foreclosure litigation, is seeking a Senior Foreclosure Attorney licensed in Hawaii. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility, professional growth, and exposure to high-impact residential real estate cases.

Responsibilities:

• Independently manage judicial foreclosure and litigation cases.
• Prepare legal pleadings, responses, motions, and attend heavily contested hearings.
• Represent client interests at trials, both in-person and telephonic.
• Advise financial institution clients on legal strategy and case progression.
• Handle other litigation and legal project support as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active, unrestricted license to practice law in Hawaii.
• Minimum 5 years’ litigation experience, preferably in foreclosure or real estate law.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with legal research, client systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to manage large caseloads with excellent attention to detail.
