Senior Foreclosure Attorney (Hawaii Licensed) – Hybrid Opportunity!
Overview:
Our client, a national leader in real estate and foreclosure litigation, is seeking a Senior Foreclosure Attorney licensed in Hawaii. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility, professional growth, and exposure to high-impact residential real estate cases.
Responsibilities:
- Independently manage judicial foreclosure and litigation cases.
- Prepare legal pleadings, responses, motions, and attend heavily contested hearings.
- Represent client interests at trials, both in-person and telephonic.
- Advise financial institution clients on legal strategy and case progression.
- Handle other litigation and legal project support as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Active, unrestricted license to practice law in Hawaii.
- Minimum 5 years’ litigation experience, preferably in foreclosure or real estate law.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with legal research, client systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to manage large caseloads with excellent attention to detail.
