
Trueline is seeking a Remote Associate Attorney (Nevada) to support its litigation team. Based remotely with travel across Nevada as needed, this role centers on residential real estate disputes, title issues, and foreclosure defense.
What You’ll Do as the Associate Attorney:
- Oversee a full caseload of contested litigation involving mortgage servicing and real estate matters
- Handle pre-litigation and title resolution work
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal strategies with minimal supervision
- Conduct depositions and represent clients at hearings, mediations, and court proceedings statewide
- Collaborate with clients to provide legal counsel and case assessments
Must-Haves as the Associate Attorney:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active license with the Nevada State Bar
- Proficiency in courtroom advocacy and evidence procedures
- Strong writing, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Willingness to travel throughout Nevada for court appearances
Nice-to-Haves as the Associate Attorney:
- 2–8 years of civil litigation experience in real estate or mortgage servicing
- Knowledge of foreclosure processes and title issues
- Familiarity with FDCPA and other consumer protection laws
- Prior experience managing high-volume casework in a remote setting
