Gammage & Burnham, P.L.C., a Phoenix-based midsize firm, seeks to hire an associate with two to six years of litigation experience to join its Litigation practice group. The position will focus on the representation of clients across a wide range of industries. The ideal candidate will have experience with commercial litigation matters that include contract disputes, construction and real estate matters, employment disputes and healthcare defense. Strong credentials, including excellent research and writing skills and significant drafting experience are required.

Qualifications/Skills:
- Top academic credentials.
- Represent clients in all aspects of commercial and business litigation, including contract disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, real estate litigation, business torts, healthcare defense, employment disputes, and other complex matters.
- Draft motions, pleadings, and briefs in state and federal courts.
- Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
- Manage written discovery, document review, and eDiscovery.
- Perform in-depth legal research and prepare persuasive, strategic analyses and memoranda.
- Assist in trial preparation and participate in trial proceedings.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients regarding strategy, risks, and progress.
- Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys while demonstrating the ability to manage cases independently.
