Associate Attorney - Commercial Litigation

Aspen Careers is partnering with a mid-sized firm in Cleveland, Ohio to find a Litigation Associate to add to their growing team.

The Opportunity:

• Seeking an attorney to enhance the growing litigation practice.
• Billable hour requirement of 1500 - work/life balance is a priority at this firm.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience handling business and/or commercial litigation matters. 
  
• Ability to draft and respond to discovery requests, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admissions.
• Effectively prepare for trial, including document review, drafting, and conducting depositions. 
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
