Job Description

In this pivotal role, you’ll be the key connection between our clients, medical providers, and legal teams, ensuring each case is built with precision, compassion, and strategy. From scheduling critical appointments to guiding clients through treatment plans, you’ll be the steady voice they rely on during a challenging time.

We're looking for someone with advanced knowledge of bodily injury claims, exceptional communication skills, and a natural ability to read people—even over the phone. Responsibilities

Medical Management Coordination

  • Utilize advanced knowledge of bodily injury claims to educate and assist clients.
  • Ensure high standards of client service and satisfaction.
  • Answer client inquiries regarding treatment options recommended by their doctors.
  • Educate clients on their case options and the importance of following through with treatment.
  • Maintain biweekly communication with clients to provide updates on case status.

Scheduling and Coordination

  • Schedule medical appointments and procedures for clients.
  • Assist in scheduling surgeries with clients and medical providers.
  • Arrange transportation for clients as needed for treatment and surgeries.
  • Ensure all necessary appointments and statements are scheduled during case management.

Case Reviews and Documentation

  • Conduct case reviews, including report amendments and prior comparisons.
  • Review and verify consented client lists from medical providers.
  • Confirm insurance coverage and policy limits with adjusters.
  • Update treatment statuses weekly, ensuring orthopedic and chiropractic treatments are recorded.

Documentation & Case Building

  • Collect, organize, and ensure accuracy of all medical records and reports.
  • Maintain documentation necessary to build strong cases.

Case Transition

  • Transfer cases to the Demand department upon completion of required documentation and procedures.

 

Salary: $18.00-25.00 per hour

Working schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30AM to 5:00PM

Qualifications
  • Candidate must be able to speak English and Spanish fluently.
  • Candidate must have multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Must have strong interpersonal instincts and the ability to read tone, mood, and intent—especially over the phone—to ensure clear, empathetic, and effective communication
  • Candidate ability to connect with clients and understand their needs for satisfaction. 
  • Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidate must have solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Candidate must have ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Candidate must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, including successfully communicating with clients, other employees, and vendors.
