The firm partners with leading global technology companies to position and protect innovation in fields ranging from hardware to software matters. This is a dynamic opportunity to work in a collaborative, innovative team environment<\/b> on high -level patent matters, including prosecution, client counseling, and standards -related technologies. Prepare and prosecute U.S. and international patent applications Draft responses to Office Actions and conduct Examiner interviews Perform prior art, freedom -to -operate, and patentability analyses Collaborate with inventors, in -house counsel, and technical teams Participate in strategic portfolio development and post -grant counseling Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred: Wireless telecommunications systems and communication networks Electrical hardware and computer software Generative AI and Machine Learning Networks, data storage and databases Semiconductors, circuits, memory, and storage devices Cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data security Consumer electronics.
