Duties Serves as field financial administrator for field accounting operations which can include numerous factories, and are responsible for advising, analyzing, monitoring, and assisting in all aspects of financial, costing, managerial, property and warehouse management. Reviews, analyzes and monitors the business operations which include all phases of accounting, shipping, disbursement, stores, construction, budget, personnel and training and the coordination of these activities with production efforts and overall policies for training and rehabilitating inmates. Continuously audits the financial accounts and records of assigned field locations for accuracy and form of presentation through required monthly reports, special reports, and trend analysis of the data. Identifies errors or unfavorable trends to the Warden and appropriate corporate staff, and coordinates corrections with the Field Business Office staff. Along with all other correctional institution employees, incumbent is charged with responsibility for maintaining security of the institution. The staff correctional responsibilities precede all others required by this position and are performed on a regular and recurring basis. Salary- $105,383 - $137,000/year
