Job Summary
- Initial point of contact for all parties, including agents and clients, for the preparation of a real estate closing.
General Accountabilities
- Requests all the documents necessary to conduct closing according to contract terms.
- Determines and verifies correct amounts due on mortgages, taxes and other liens.
- Obtains Attorney approval for legal documents related to the transaction.
- Schedules closing appointments.
- The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
