About the Role:
- A prestigious national law firm is seeking an experienced IP Litigation Paralegal join its successful and dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical support function in high-stakes, complex intellectual property litigation while working closely with partners and associates on interesting cases involving patents, trademarks, and copyrights
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis, including case law research, statutory interpretation, and factual investigation.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of pleadings, motions, and other court documents in federal court.
- Manage and maintain electronic case files and databases.
- Conduct document reviews and prepare privilege logs.
- Assist with discovery requests and responses, including interrogatories, requests for production, and depositions.
- Prepare for and attend client meetings, depositions, and court hearings.
- Assist in the preparation of trial exhibits and other trial materials.
- Maintain accurate time records and billing entries.
Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience:
- Option 1: In IP (including patent, trademark, and/or copyright) in PTAB and/or CTAB proceedings.
- Option 2: In Litigation with federal court proceedings with experience in PTAB and/or CTAB proceedings.
Pluses:
- Experience with federal appellate court proceedings
Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 (Competitive compensation commensurate with experience)
Location: Hybrid role (3 days onsite) in Minneapolis (HQ), DC, Denver, Atlanta, or Nashville
