Legal Intern

Position Summary:
TransMedics is seeking a highly motivated and disciplined Legal Intern to support our Legal Department on key projects and contract review initiatives. This opportunity is ideal for a student with a demonstrated record of academic achievement, leadership, and time management - who is eager to build foundational legal skills in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the review, organization, and summarization of legal agreements and contracts.
• Support ongoing legal and compliance projects, including research on regulatory and corporate matters.
• Help draft and edit documents, including non-disclosure agreements and internal templates.
• Observe and contribute to internal legal team discussions and cross-functional meetings.
• Assist with organizing legal files and maintaining contract databases.

Who You Are:

• A high school senior or early college student with demonstrated academic excellence.
• Proven ability to manage time, perform under pressure, and contribute to a team—evidenced by leadership in athletics, extracurriculars, or community work.
• Strong communicator, coachable, and eager to learn in a professional legal setting.
• Strong interest in healthcare law, contract law, or corporate legal work.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
