With an increased underwriting focus in D&O risk, including primary D&O risk, and increased claim activity, additional staffing is needed to maintain our servicing.Qualifications:
Qualified attorney with 3-5 years of experience handling D&O liability claims; Excellent communication, analytic, negotiation and writing skills; adjuster's license preferred; Demonstrates independence, versatility and organization.
Responsibilities:
Investigate, evaluate and adjust D&O claims and other notifications; drafting correspondence, reports, memoranda and other documents; maintaining bordereau; developing and improving relationships with brokers, clients, trading partners, capacity providers and other market participants; negotiate claim resolutions.

Pay Range
$120,000 - $150,000 and will depend on several factors including geographical location, relevant experience, skills and knowledge pertaining to this role and industry.
