Job Duties:
  • The attorney will manage multiple cases, handle regulatory and compliance matters, and act as the primary contact for litigation and client counseling.
  • Manage and litigate cases related to managed care and health care issues
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering legal advice and coordinating case-related activities.
  • Oversee regulatory and compliance matters, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
  • Conduct detailed legal research and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Develop and implement effective litigation strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys.
  • Represent clients in court, arbitration proceedings, and settlement negotiations.
  • Provide significant case management and client counseling, coordinating with associates and staff.
  • Stay updated on relevant legal developments and changes in managed care and health care regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Firm Type: Litigation or Healthcare, Experience: 3-5 Years,
  • The successful candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in complex matters and employment litigation and arbitration, with a focus on managed care or health care.
  • This role requires excellent academic credentials, strong writing, research, analytical, and verbal communication skills.
  • Requirements Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active membership in good standing of the New Jersey State Bar.2-3 years of law firm or relevant in-house experience in complex litigation and arbitration
  • Experience with managed care or health care is required.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple cases and manage regulatory or compliance matters
  • Strong client counseling and case management skills
  • Exceptional academic credentials
  • Advanced writing, research, analytical, and verbal communication skills
