Litigation Associate Attorney 

Location: Dallas, TX

Salary: $115k - $145k base (commensurate on experience)

Schedule: Predictable hours, in-offce (alternate track)

OPPORTUNITY:

We seek a motivated attorney with three (3) to five (5) years of experience to contribute to our client’s dynamic Dallas office as a litigation associate. This opportunity as an alternate track attorney offers a more predictable work schedule while engaging in impactful litigation work, a great balance between work/life harmony and impactful experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of litigation experience within insurance defense.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited university
• State of Texas Bar Licensure in Good Standing.
• Strong academic record with notable achievements or accomplishments is essential
• Excellent written and oral presentation & communication skills.
• Strong legal research and writing ability 
• Experience in insurance defense litigation is a plus.
