Our client in Hartford, CT, is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Associate to join its practice!
This is a hybrid/full-time/permanent position
Salary based on experience: $100K-$165K+

- Civil Litigation Associate position
- Location: Hartford, Connecticut area
- Immediate opportunity
- Opportunity to represent major national and regional companies and insurance carriers
- Work within a nationally recognized Am Law 200 and Chambers-ranked firm
- Collaborative, close-knit team environment
- Admitted to practice in Connecticut
- 3+ years of civil litigation experience
- Experience taking and defending depositions
- Experience drafting and arguing dispositive motions
- Experience preparing matters for arbitration, mediation, and trial
- Strong legal writing and strategic thinking skills
- Experience in one or more relevant practice areas, including:
- General liability
- Product liability
- Professional liability
- Related civil litigation
