What You’ll Do:

• Represent clients in sophisticated Chapter 11 and restructuring matters.

• Advocate for creditors in high-stakes litigation.

• Tackle municipal insolvencies and distressed asset transactions both in and out of court.

• Develop winning strategies and deliver exceptional results for clients.

What You’ll Bring:

• 3–5 years of experience in bankruptcy, restructuring, and/or creditors’ rights litigation.

• Exceptional legal writing, research, and analytical skills.

• Strong academic credentials.

• Active Delaware bar license.
