We are seeking a practice attorney to support its nationally recognized product liability practice in the San Diego or Los Angeles offices. Fully remote candidates will also be considered. The group is best known for its expertise in representing flagship consumer brands and aviation products, which historically have carried with them representation of national and international manufacturers in bet-the-company matters. The group, which consists of more than 70 attorneys across Perkins’ offices, is also nationally ranked for its experience in counseling and representing manufacturers in mass torts disputes. To be considered, candidates should have at least three years of product liability law or similar equivalent litigation experience. Excellent academic credentials, strong references, and superb written and oral communication skills are required.
This is a non-partnership track position with a lower annual billable hour requirement. We offer a competitive compensation structure and a uniquely collegial environment where you will be part of a cooperative, collaborative, and supportive team.

Compensation range: $180,000 to $205,000 annually. Compensation depends on qualifications and experience.
