Clyde & Co is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 2 to 4 years of experience to work with our practice focused on the defense of complex toxic tort (environmental, asbestos, talc) and product, premises and general liability matters. The ideal candidate will have superior writing skills and will be proactive, motivated, organized, and capable of working independently within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Taking depositions, attending hearings, and attending mediations as required;
Drafting pleadings and briefs;
Preparing correspondence to colleagues and clients;
Conducting legal research using Westlaw/Lexis/Nexis;
Drafting interrogatories and document requests;
Reviewing document productions; and
Submitting filings to the court.
Education and Experience
J.D. 2021 - 2023
Admission to practice in Massachusetts and Connecticut is required;
Admission to additional New England bars is preferred; and
Excellent academic credentials.

Strong interpersonal skills;
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects; and
Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly.
