Orlando Junior to Mid-level Litigation Associate

The Orlando office is seeking an associate with 1 to 4 years of experience to join a national-caliber litigation and trial practice, which includes complex commercial litigation, IP litigation, employment litigation, real estate & land use disputes, and other business disputes. 

Qualified candidates will have (a) a JD from a nationally recognized law school in the top 10% of their class; (b) been on the law review, moot court, or trial team; and (c) served or are currently serving as a judicial law clerk, preferably for a United States District Judge.

All candidates must (a) have strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills; (b) have experience researching and drafting pleadings and papers concerning complex and legal and factual issues; (c) be strategically and analytically minded; (d) be able to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team; and (e) be highly motivated with a strong work ethic. 

Candidates must be admitted to The Florida Bar or eligible for admission in the near future.  References and writing samples will be required from eligible candidates.  Interested candidates should submit their resume, cover letter, and J.D. transcript online through the GT website.  Transcripts do not need to be official.
