Job Summary:
The Senior Collaboration Solutions Analyst will act as a bridge between the business and the IT Department, focusing on identifying, creating, storing, sharing, and applying collaborative solutions across the Firm. The Analyst will translate user requirements into solutions, recommend efficient and user-friendly approaches, and ensure compliance with Firm Policy requirements regarding information access, classification, security, and privacy.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand collaboration technology needs.
Work with end users, process experts, and other stakeholders to document requirements.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and remediate collaboration systems issues.
Ensure timely project execution and adherence to quality standards.
Conduct solution reviews with project teams prior to design and development activities and ensure solutions align with business requirements.
Identify areas of improvement in proposed designs and negotiate with stakeholders to implement changes.
Perform complex SharePoint, Service Now, Power Platform, and Nintex Power User functionality to create solutions that solve business needs and provide value.
Use Digital Workspace tools to configure the firm's custom solutions; facilitate the migration of new and existing business processes into a digital workspace tool by working with users; utilize custom Digital Workspace tools and solutions to offer on-demand, customized training where necessary.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Extensive knowledge of Service Now, SharePoint, Nintex, Power Platform, and related Microsoft 365 technologies.
Ability to translate business requirements into deliverable solutions.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Understanding of information management, enterprise content management, knowledge management, system security, and search.
Ability to manage through ambiguity, build alignment, and create buy-in with cross-functional teams.
Ability to handle confidential materials and matters with discretion.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities under pressure.
Commitment to quality and professional customer service.
Ability to identify opportunities to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree; any combination of training, education, or experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position may be considered.
Two (2) or more years’ experience with Service Now.
Five (5) or more years’ experience with Power BI, SharePoint, and Nintex.
Five (5) or more years’ experience with integrating Microsoft Office software capabilities in SharePoint, Power BI, and Nintex.
