This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a hands-on team with responsibility for employment-related legal matters including Apple"s operations across Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). \\n\\nAt Apple, we are dedicated to making the best products on the planet. We have a fantastic new opportunity for a hard-working lawyer to join our team of diverse, creative, and hardworking people.\\n

Provide advice and counsel to management and Apple’s People Team on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment issues including: recruiting; employee relations; disciplinary matters and terminations; union and works council matters; internal investigations; employment/labour tribunals; and employee privacy issues.\\nFormulate and revise standard terms of employment or engagement and employee policies.\\nHandle outside counsel on employment litigation matters.\\nAdvise on change management programmes, restructures, M\u0026A and new country expansion projects throughout the EMEA region.\\nPrepare and conduct employment law training programs for the People Team and management.\\nOccasional travel is required \\n

Extensive experience in providing varied employment advice to large multi-national organisations.\\nExperience handling and completing complex multi-jurisdictional projects and familiarity with the impact of employment laws in EMEA region on global initiatives.\\nExperience with collective bargaining desirable.\\nPrior in-house experience valued, especially with pan-EMEA operations.\\n

Consistent track record to form relationships with clients and management.\\nExcellent technical, analytical and decision-making skills together with an ability to apply them to commercial business context and communicate, both verbal and written, in a non-technical manner.\\nSelf-motivated and solution driven.\\nAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and perform at the highest level\\n
