Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, faxing, copying, and mailing
- Enter data accurately into internal systems
- Draft and electronically upload legal documents

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to follow direction
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient typing skills
- Solid computer skills, especially with Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to empathize and communicate compassionately with clients
