As a team leader, communicates the Service's mission, vision, and values to team members and ensures integration into overall EEO program goals, objectives, strategies, work plans, and products and services. Articulates work assignments, projects, problem areas, significant issues, and deadlines for completion to team members. Identifies, distributes, and balances workload based on established work flow and skill levels. Makes adjustments to complete work assignments based on priorities and/or deadlines. Ensures integration of team members in developing the final team product(s). Provides guidance in the selection and application of appropriate problem-solving methods and techniques for team members. Advice includes work methods, practices, and procedures relative to work assignments/projects as well as assistance in identifying parameters to viable solutions. Ensures team members are trained in team-building methods and techniques in addition to accomplishing tasks/projects as a "team." Serves as coach, facilitator, and/or negotiator in coordinating team initiatives and in consensus-building activities among team members. Provides regular updates and briefings to the Territory Manager regarding status of work assignments. Monitors work in progress and reviews completed work to ensure adherence to program policies/priorities, work methods, quality guidelines, and established deadlines. Identifies any technical deficiencies and arranges for necessary training, including providing classroom training and instruction. Salary- $103,409 - $167,336/year
