Hodgson Russ LLP, a regional law firm with 230+ attorneys in 10 offices, is seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Team Resource to join our downtown Rochester office. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients and visitors, answering in-coming calls on a multi-line telephone and providing quality administrative and secretarial support in a timely manner following firm policies and procedures. You will work with attorneys, paralegals, and other legal and administrative staff to service clients. You are required to demonstrate an extraordinary level of discretion, attention to detail, listening, and organizational skills.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to meet deadlines and focus on details. This is a hands-on role, suitable for a team member who exudes warmth, friendliness, and professionalism in equal measure. Associate’s degree in business administration or a related field, with a minimum of one year of experience as a secretary/administrative assistant.
Hodgson Russ offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefit package, including medical, dental, vision, life, long term disability, flexible spending, 401(k), Paid Time Off, pension plan, and more. At this time, the good faith estimate of the annual salary range for this position, if the successful applicant is based in Rochester, is $42,120 per hour to $51,675. Where a successful applicant is slotted within this range will vary based on legitimate criteria, such as experience and skill level.
