Position Overview
Zinda Law Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investigator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, resourceful, tech-savvy, and passionate about uncovering facts that strengthen client cases.
The Investigator will work closely with attorneys and staff on a wide variety of investigative matters related to personal injury and wrongful death cases. This position requires strong communication skills, initiative, and the ability to think critically in fast-paced situations.
This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with attorneys and legal staff on investigative matters related to active cases
- Inspect accident scenes, vehicles, and physical evidence
- Locate and interview witnesses
- Conduct background investigations and research
- Prepare detailed investigative reports and scene diagrams
- Document findings accurately and thoroughly
- Utilize technology, online databases, and social media platforms for investigations
- Assist attorneys in gathering and organizing case evidence
- Travel as needed for inspections, interviews, and investigations
- Perform additional investigative functions as assigned
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Strong proficiency with technology, internet research, and social media platforms
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and thoroughness
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with attorneys and staff
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous investigative or claims adjusting experience
- Experience working in a law firm or legal environment
- Bilingual in Spanish
