Job Description

Trueline's client, a prestigious law firm in Montgomery County is seeking a Medical Malpractice Attorney to join their dynamic team in Fort Washington. This growing practice offers a collaborative environment with a focus on pre-suit resolutions and a family-first culture that values work-life balance.


What You'll Do as the Medical Malpractice Attorney:

  • Craft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
  • Engage in comprehensive legal research to support case strategies
  • Assist in case management, including preparation for depositions and hearings
  • Conduct and defend depositions, preparing witnesses and analyzing transcripts
  • Develop your own client base through mentorship and networking opportunities
  • Contribute to the team's success by identifying and taking on additional responsibilities


You'll Succeed as the Medical Malpractice Attorney if you Have:

  • A strong litigation background with a hunger for case resolution
  • 2+ years of experience in plaintiff-side medical malpractice (some defense experience is acceptable)
  • Excellent analytical and writing skills
  • The ability to work independently on day-to-day responsibilities
  • A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
  • PA Bar admission (NJ Bar admission is a plus)
