Duties This position is located in the United States Attorney's Office for the Western District of Oklahoma. The incumbent actively supports civil and/or criminal litigation teams by performing a variety of eLitigation support tasks necessary to prepare or manage electronic discovery, evidence, exhibits, and other electronically stored information relevant to investigations and casework, using a variety of methods and software applications. At the full performance level, your duties will include the below: Providing technical and analytical assistance to support the litigation needs of the United States Attorney's Office; Performing a variety of litigation support functions necessary to prepare, organize, index, develop, manage, and track exhibits, evidence and data in criminal and civil cases and matters; Preparing and organizing exhibits for court proceedings, which involves audio/video, transcripts, documents and visual materials, including charts, diagrams, photographs and models; Managing complex electronically stored information (ESI); Processing ESI using appropriate tools (e.g., LAW Prediscovery, NUIX); Building databases in review software (e.g., iPro Eclipse); and Training legal support staff on use of processing software, tools, and equipment used in performance of duties. Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress. Salary- $49,960 - $79,443/year
