Coverage Associate Attorney

Firm Overview:

A well-established AV-rated civil litigation firm, with over 40 years of success and 8 offices nationwide, is seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Litigator for its Philadelphia office.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an Insurance Coverage Litigator with 2-5 years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in first and/or third-party insurance coverage litigation, with exposure to insurance defense matters as a plus. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Examining insurance claims and preparing coverage opinion letters.
  
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
  
• Responding to discovery requests and overseeing document production.
  
• Preparing for and conducting depositions.
  
• Providing detailed updates and reports to institutional clients.
  

Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania Bar membership in good standing.
  
• 2-5 years of litigation experience, ideally in insurance coverage litigation.
  
• Strong academic credentials and excellent legal writing skills.
  
• Membership to the New Jersey Bar and/or New York Bar is a plus, but not required.
