Rhoades McKee is seeking experienced Environmental Attorneys to join our busy Environmental team! The primary roles will include representing clients with respect to a broad spectrum of environmental and natural resources matters under state and federal law, such as:

• Environmental due diligence, site remediation, regulatory compliance, permitting, brownfield redevelopment, insurance claims and disputes, environmental audits, litigation, enforcement, administrative appeals and/or dispute resolution.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

• A minimum of 3 + years of environmental law experience, preferred, in Michigan.
• Independent thinking skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• A strong work ethic and problem solving skills.
• Enjoys client interaction and is committed to excellent client service.
• Exceptional writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Transactional Real Estate background, viewed favorably.
