As federal prosecutors, AUSAs advise law enforcement during investigations, make charging decisions, appear before the grand jury, research and write motions and other criminal pleadings, conduct hearings and jury trials, and defend convictions on appeal and collateral review.

The office has one opening for an experienced prosecutor to serve as an AUSA in the Criminal Division in our Cheyenne office.
