What you will do
The Role
- Provide strategic legal support across key functions—including Sales, Account Management, Partnerships, Product, and Regulatory—on a global scale.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including complex, multi-country service, licensing, and partnership contracts.
- Support global legal and business initiatives, from implementing regulatory requirements in our commercial templates to contributing to cross-functional projects.
- Drive legal automation and tooling efforts to scale our contracting process and increase team efficiency.
- Operate independently across teams, taking ownership and driving outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across the company and act as a strategic partner to the business.
- Deliver legal training and guidance to commercial teams worldwide.
- You have 4+ years of legal experience—whether in-house or at a law firm—with strong commercial contracting or transactional chops.You’re comfortable collaborating with legal teams and stakeholders across the US, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC.
- You’re a true team player who sharpens ideas through collaboration and values input from diverse perspectives.
- You have strong interpersonal skills and can work seamlessly with internal teams and external partners across functions and cultures.
- You take initiative and ownership, operating with autonomy and a business-owner mindset.

- Knowledge of and experience with global data privacy laws and regulations is a plus.
