About the Position: The mission of the Corpus Christi Army Depot is to overhaul, repair, modify, retrofit, test and modernize helicopters, engines and components for all services and foreign military customers. Corpus Christi Army Depot is the Army's Center of Industrial and Technical Excellence for Rotary Wing Aviation Maintenance.
Duties
- Advise the commander and heads of other serviced activities on their EEO responsibilities through periodic status briefings on key aspects of the program.
- Direct the Depot-wide Affirmative Employment Program (AEP) for women and minorities in compliance with regulatory requirements and guidance from higher headquarters.
- Administer the discrimination complaints processing system in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and direct a small size work operations involving approximately six employees engaged in professional, technical or administrative work.
