Job Description

Requirements:

  • The candidate must be a member in good standing of the Texas state Bar.
  • 5+ years of experience resolving mortgage defaults involving deceased borrowers in state district courts and probate courts.
  • Manage and draftprobate filings, including petitions for administration, inventories, and accountings, ensuring compliance with court rules and deadlines.
  • The candidate must be able and willing to handle a significant volume of cases within the field of creditor's rights.
  • The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership skills, written and verbal communication skills, and must be willing to assist in growing the firm’s presence as a top-performing firm.
  • The candidate must value reputation and be willing to proactively develop relationships in the industry to be viewed as a trusted partner and advisor by both clients and colleagues.
  • Court appearances will be required, and some attendant travel may be required.
