To provide legal research and writing support to lawyers where needed and as assigned.
SPECIFIC AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Motion Drafting
Preparing for jury charges
Drafting appellate briefs
Ensuring the pleadings drafted satisfy applicable legal standards
Keeping the trial department informed of assignments and status
Conducting legal research
Meeting with attorneys to discuss legal arguments
Assisting members of the trial department, attorneys, and assistants as needed
