Personal Injury Associate Attorney

A nationally recognized plaintiff-side litigation firm in North Dallas is seeking a Personal Injury Associate Attorney to support complex personal injury and medical malpractice matters. This role offers hands-on experience in all phases of litigation and the opportunity to work closely with experienced trial attorneys on high-impact cases.

• Handle personal injury and medical malpractice cases from intake through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
• Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy
• Participate in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials
• Communicate with clients, experts, and litigation support teams

• JD from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice in Texas and in good standing
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Interest in trial advocacy and plaintiff-side litigation
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with personal injury or medical malpractice matters
• Deposition or courtroom experience
