Labor & Employment Associate - Kansas City Office
Our client is seeking a skilled Labor & Employment Associate to join their Kansas City, MO office. The ideal candidate should have at least four years of experience, with a strong background in litigation, particularly in employment law cases. The role will involve taking the lead on cases, conducting depositions, and managing cases with oversight. Experience in counselling clients on a broad range of employment law matters is highly valued.
Candidates must be licensed to practice in Missouri or be willing to obtain licensure promptly.
Responsibilities:
- Significant experience in employment law litigation
- Proven ability to manage cases and conduct depositions
- Experience advising clients on diverse employment law issues (preferred)
- Strong academic credentials and a track record of excellence
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional judgment and the capacity to formulate effective legal strategies
