- Product Liability / Mass Tort / Class Action Litigation Knowledge
- Experience handling mass torts, class actions, product liability claims, or similar litigation matters.
- Understanding of claim evaluation and claimant communications.
- Ability to analyze claim documents, identify relevant facts, and assess case-related information accurately.
- Ability to draft clear, detailed, and professional written responses to claimants and counsel, often involving complex legal issues.
- Providing professional, responsive, "best-in-class" service to claimants, attorneys, and internal stakeholders.
- Verbal Communication & Stakeholder Interaction • Handling complex phone inquiries from claimants and counsel with professionalism and accuracy.
- Critical for reviewing claims, ensuring accuracy in responses, maintaining records, and following project requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple claims, deadlines, inquiries, and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Professional Judgment & Decision-Making • Evaluating information, making sound recommendations, and responding effectively when faced with incomplete or complex information.

- Active U.S. Bar License (required)
- JD from an accredited law school (required)
- Mass Tort, Class Action, Product Liability, or Claims Administration experience
- Legal document review and analysis experience
- Strong written communication skills
- Client-facing/customer service experience
- Ability to manage high-volume work with attention to detail
- The attorneys will perform various duties including but not limited to:
- Analyzing claim documents.
- Preparing detailed responses to sometimes complex written inquiries of claimants and counsel.
- Fielding sometimes complex telephone inquiries from claimants and counsel.
- Receiving training, direction and oversight from project directors, project managers, project coordinators, and/or other project team members.
- "Best-in-class” customer service is expected to be provided to both internal and external clients. The highest levels of professionalism, responsiveness and quality of work are required.
- JD from an accredited U.S. law school (foreign law degree may suffice)
- Active license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Leadership experience/potential strongly preferred
- Class action and/or mass tort experience a plus
- Attention to detail
