Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience.
  • Ability to handle a busy caseload from inception to settlement or verdict.
  • Engage in all aspects of litigation, including pleading preparation, discovery, motion practice, and trials.
  • Long-term commitment with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Compensation:

  • Salary Range: $150,000 - $175,000 depending on experience.
  • Signing Bonus: $5,000 after 90 days
  • Additional Compensation: You will be eligible for performance-based bonuses and salary raises with no ceiling, with no billable hours required. Additionally, you will receive one-third of the total fee collected on any cases you refer directly to the firm in the future.
