ClouseSpaniac Attorneys handles a wide variety of federal and state civil litigation cases in areas such as personal injury, employment, habitability, premises liability, traumatic and catastrophic injury. Duties will include, but not limited to:
- Prepare Memorandum of Costs, Request for Dismissal, Demand for Jury Fees
- Drafting Deposition Notices and Subpoenas
- Prepare Discovery Responses
- Form Interrogatories
- Special Interrogatories
- Request for Production of Documents
- Request for Admissions
- Coordinate with expert to produce documents needed for reports
- Summarizing Responses to Interrogatories, Medical Records, Billing Records, Employment Records
- Indexing, cataloging and organizing discovery prior to trial, organizing trial binders
- Preparing page line summaries (indexing) depositions prior to trial

Education:
- Certificate of completion or degree in Paralegal Studies.
Experience:
- Paralegal: 3 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
Compensation: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
