Description

Based in Los Angeles, BD&J is the leading personal injury law firm seeking experienced, quality team members. Having recovered over $2 billion for our clients, we pride ourselves with experience our clients can trust.

Responsibilities include:

  • Open, review, and organize incoming mail.
  • Scan and digitize documents using the firm’s systems.
  • Distribute scanned files to appropriate departments.
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to support overall office functions.

Qualifications:

· Strong attention to detail.

· Ability to handle sensitive documents with discretion

· Prior experience in office administration or legal setting is a plus.

· Proficiency with scanning equipment and basic software.
