Remote, Contract -based Florida Commercial Litigation Attorney Opportunity - 5+ Hours/Week

Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced, and dedicated Florida Commercial Litigation Attorney<\/b>.
<\/p>

Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 5+ hours per week<\/b>.
<\/p>Attorney Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>
<\/h3>

• Provide support on commercial litigation matters, with construction litigation experience being a plus but not required
  <\/li>
• Draft substantive motions, including Motions to Dismiss, Motions for Summary Judgment, and other litigation -related documents
  <\/li>
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda
  <\/li>
• Review case files and assist with litigation strategy
  <\/li>
• Provide high -level drafting support on active litigation matters
  <\/li>
• Collaborate with the hiring attorney to efficiently move cases forward
  <\/li><\/ul>

  Attorney Requirements:<\/b><\/span>
  <\/h3>

  • Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Florida
    <\/li>
  • Minimum of 5+ years of Florida commercial litigation experience
    <\/li>
  • Exceptional legal drafting skills, with the ability to independently prepare substantive motions and pleadings
    <\/li>
  • Strong legal research and analytical skills
    <\/li>
  • Construction litigation experience is a plus, but not required
    <\/li>
  • Organized, detail -oriented, and able to meet deadlines
    <\/li>
  • Self -starter who can work independently and produce high -quality work with minimal supervision
    <\/li><\/ul>

    Our Attorney pay rate starts at $80/hour<\/b>.
