Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Manager of Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations to build and lead the TA Operations function to align with our overall business approach. This individual will collaborate closely across HR functions and our business to develop and execute strategies to enhance cross-functional efficiency.

The Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations will collaborate with recruiters and key business stakeholders to develop and enhance systems processes, deliver comprehensive reporting, and leverage data analytics to drive decision-making and achieve hiring goals. This role will oversee cross-functional TA projects to ensure alignment and success.

Responsibilities
  • Build and lead a TA Operations function that aligns with the direction of our business

  • In conjunction with the Head of Talent Acquisition, build and develop enhanced business processes for end-to-end talent acquisition activities, starting with headcount planning through onboarding

  • Lead a team of three TA Coordinators and Assistants

  • Regularly identify and implement areas of operational enhancement and best practices relative to TA processes, process flows, technology, and programs to drive consistent and outstanding levels of efficiency

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across areas such as HR, Compensation, Finance and HR Operations to ensure strategic and operational alignment around business and technology processes

  • Align our budget and spend with key initiatives and areas of focus, regularly reviewing and determining associated ROI

  • Enhance current reporting capabilities and provide thought leadership regarding trends observed or anticipated

  • Working with the Head of TA, develop reporting packages that align with business hiring goals, team metrics and KPIs

  • Utilize and assess data to identify areas of opportunity and make recommendations to enhance team performance and business engagement to achieve expectations and KPIs

  • Team with Recruiters, HR colleagues and key business stakeholders to drive a consistent and outstanding candidate experience

  • Partner with Total Rewards, Communications and Marketing teams to strategically develop and articulate our employment value proposition, utilizing digital and social channels to increase awareness of and connection to the STB brand for professionals staff careers

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field required

Skills & Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations

  • 3+ years in a TA Operations leadership capacity

  • Strong focus on collaboration and partnership with an ability to problem-solve, navigate ambiguous situations and juggle competing priorities

  • Expert in Workday Recruiting workflows, stages, reporting and processes

  • Exceptional attention to detail, data hygiene and process excellence within the Workday Recruiting environment

  • Expert level data management and data visualization skills, including strong knowledge of and experience with Workday, Power BI, and Microsoft Office suite,

  • Ability to analyze, model and interpret data

  • Deep understanding of recruiting processes with a focus on continuous improvement, accuracy and controls

  • Deep understanding of recruiting operations and best practices

  • Experience working with Candidate Management Relationship systems and recruitment marketing tools

  • Ability to influence through both actions and strong verbal and written communication skills

Salary Information

NY Only: The estimated base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $180,000 at the time of posting.

The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.

This role is exempt meaning it is not overtime pay eligible.
