An Am Law 100 Law Firm is seeking full-time Associates with 4 to 7 years of experience to join our Financial Services Litigation Practice in Chicago. This role is ideal for candidates interested in complex commercial litigation, class action defense, and financial services. Job Requirements:

Qualifications for this position include:

1. Experience in analyzing, researching, and drafting briefs on complex litigation issues.
2. Proven track record of successfully preparing for and arguing motions.
3. Experience preparing outlines and exhibits for depositions.
4. Trial preparation experience, including developing outlines and exhibits for direct and cross-examinations.
5. Strong strategic and analytical skills.
6. Experience mentoring and overseeing junior associates.
7. Case management experience.

Law Review experience is preferred but not required. Candidates should have solid academic credentials and be in good standing with the Illinois State Bar.
