Key Responsibilities: Responding to USPTO Office Actions Drafting top-notch U.S. patent applications for major technology companies What the Law Firm is Looking For: A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field Admitted to at least one State (if attorney) and admitted to the USPTO At least 4+ years of top law firm patent prosecution experience in EE/CS Arts. Excellent academics AND industry or research credentials Outstanding writing and verbal skills Very efficient in patent prosecution Competitive Compensation and Benefits Package: Compensation is a combination of salary and productivity.
