
Description
Mid-size law firm with multiple offices nationwide is looking for a motivated self-starter who is detail-oriented and well-organized to help on our billing appeals team handling billing disputes and appeals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Monitor the team inbox for new invoices with cut and log them
· Email attorneys/paralegals their cuts and request input
· Collaborate with team to make sure appeals are completed timely
· Work with Accounting to reconcile discrepancies and/or issues
· Ability to handle high volume of invoices per month
· Maintains professionalism and strict confidentiality in all Client and Firm matters.
· Assists with special projects, reporting and analysis as needed.
· Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft excel and Adobe
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to handle a large volume of work while ensuring a high level of accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading necessary
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
- Previous work history in a law firm setting is beneficial but not required.
- Must be committed to providing superior customer service to clients and attorneys while producing a high-quality work product
